Cloquet Cub Scouts

On My Honor....

The Cub Scout Pack in Cloquet includes young boys in Cloquet from several different schools. Pack 173 has over 60 boys from First Grade to Fifth Grade involved in many different activities that build character, teamwork, skills, citizenship, and respect. The motto of "Do Your Best" shines through in what they do.

The Site

Northern Voyageur's owner Shane is proud to be an Eagle Scout and so NV was anxious to see that our local Cub Scout Pack had a functional website to be proud of. The is mainly used as a way to communicate the different events that are happening throughout the year. There is also a slide show and a newsletter that parents can sign up to receive regular information on upcoming events.

Features of note:

• Jquery based slideshow using NV's own Drupal Jquery_Slideshow module
• Newsletter and integrated emailing functions to send out regular newsletters
• Den Leaders can add events to the calendar that include times and locations
• A dynamic list of the upcoming events for each Den and the Pack as whole
